DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We do offer exchanges on all unused products! If you receive your order and find that you don't like the color and/or design we can offer a one-time exchange. The cost difference and shipping will be held responsible to the customer. Once we receive your exchanged decals we can then process your new order.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
1. Make sure that your order qualifies
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Decals may be returned if they haven't been cut, used, or altered in any way.
Custom orders, samples, and items marked final sale are not eligible for returns.
2. Return your order
Please send your order and its original packaging to:

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.
3. Await New Order
Once we receive the exchangeable item(s), we will process your new order. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive your new order with the standard shipping time frame, please feel free to submit a request.
